As a UX design and research leader, I have lead teams and programs aimed at building and improving delightful and effective digital for businesses and consumers. My experience spans “Zero to One” product development as well as evolution of existing products within complex matrixed organizations. I have also build and scaled design thinking, research and experimentation programs to help product, engineering, and design teams improve their understanding of user needs and accelerate the product development process. Currently, my role is building the next generation of business and marketing software to help small businesses thrive in the digital age of AI.
